Circuit Training

Circuit training is an ideal way to get in shape. The classes are for all ages and fitness levels.circuit1


Workouts can be progressed or adapted to suit each exerciser with everyone encouraged to work hard. At no stage is anyone asked to do anything beyond their fitness level.
Workouts are varied from week to week. It is a friendly, community based atmosphere where people can meet whilst striving to achieve their fitness goals.

Classes are on Mondays at 7pm and Wednesdays at 8pm.

The price of each class is €7 on a pay as you go format.
